Question and answers on things we should know, with guest co-hosts from around the south.
Are you walking in your purpose? well, tough question huh. I had to take a hard look at that one myself. Sometimes we can be on a course that looks good, keeps us busy, even gets us paid, but at the end of the day was it just busy work or purpose fulfillment. I guess it begs the question, what is purpose? the reason we do something? the Oxford Dictionary (http://www.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/english/purpose) states purpose as: The last part of that struck a chord in me; the reason something is created or exist. how do we (I) measure up against the plan of our (my) existence.
Here is the big question we ask ourselves, take a deep breath... What is my purpose? There you go, I said it. Doesn't those moments feel good when we are in tune with our purpose? we live, breathe and exist, but when our existence meet with our purpose its a special moment isn't it. think back on those times. Was it difficult or was it a natural outflow of you? Did you have to put a lot of thought in it or was it more spontaneous? sometimes we overlook those natural processes that point us to our natural design, our purpose.
Understanding this helped me, when "something" is designed to do "something", it does that "something" better than it does everything else. there is an old saying "Don't judge a fish by its ability to climb trees". think about it, by some strange event if we could teach a fish to climb trees, how good do you think it would be at it. Of course its not in a fish design to be an effective tree climber. Gills, fins, tail, scales -- sounds like equipment for water. What is your equipment?
