The Dewdrops are a gospel singing group composed of five brothers from the big city (Soso, Mississippi). Their music has taken on various flavors and styles from four-part a cappella harmony, to the soulful contemporary sounds of gospel, and most blends in between.
They have performed for various audiences throughout the southern United States. Their accomplishments include: 3 recordings, television appearances on several gospel music programs, nominations for one of Mississippi’s prestigious gospel music awards, Jackson’s famed Jubilee Jam, The Farish Street Blues Festival, performances at a former governor’s inauguration and many others. The Dewdrops have performed with many national talents including: The Mississippi Mass Choir, The Jackson Southernaires, Clifton Davis, The Williams Brothers, The Canton Spirituals, The Christianaires and a host of other local and national artists.
